Apartment Teta Ana is located in a quiet part of Novalja, only two minutes walk to the beautiful clean beach Punta Mira, 7 minutes walk from the wind protected beach Babe and 10 minutes walk along the sea promenade to the city center, and 3.5 km to the beach Zrće.

The apartment consists of fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, espresso machine) and dining room, large living room which, if necessary, is converted into an intimate space for comfortable sleep for 4 persons, bedroom with double bed 160×200 cm, bathroom with shower, washing machine and large terrace equipped with dining table for 6 persons.

The terrace of the apartment is facing the sea and has a beautiful view of the sea where you can enjoy sunbathing on two deck chairs. There is also an extra large fridge on the terrace, while a smaller fridge for cooling wine (drinks) is in the living room.

The apartment is air-conditioned, but with the location of the apartment itself it seems to be very rarely needed.
